The person driving their truck drives dangerously and illegally at times. Instances include tailgating, making dangerous lane changes without signalling, cutting into the HOV lane during no-cross areas, and driving in the HOV lane with only a single person in their large pick-up truck. Video evidence of this has been forwarded to the local authorities and that's the last I'll say on this matter. Now if they care this little about other people on the road, I'd imagine they couldn't care less about doing honest business with you. It's the little things that matter and clearly they don't care.
